There are 3 mini courses within the course. I started with ”Habits of effective people” which is based on the ‘7 habits of highly effective people’. I’ve had this book on my list to read for a while now and this course breaks everything down in an easy to digest way.
I’m now moving on to the next part of the course which is ‘Introduction to change’. I’m so excited to learn more and put what I have learnt in to practice. I think the best thing about this course is that you can use the tools in your personal life as well as work life.
I really do suggest everyone takes the opportunity to take this course. The awareness session gives you a breakdown of what the course entails, so you know what to expect which I think is so handy.
